Picked in small crates and kept in the cold room overnight before being processed and sorted the following day. The grapes were fermented on the skins for 18 days before being pressed and racked to barrels. Matured in 1-6 fill French barrels for 12 months (17% new wood).
Tasting Notes
Light ruby with a brick red rim. Herbaceous notes of tea leaf and red cherry on the nose. Cranberry and red cherry dominate the full palate, with dry tannins on the rhubarb aftertaste. Drink through 2027.
