A strong sense of place captivates one, with the first swirl of your glass, making it a true celebration of the very distinctive character rooted in the cool, deep clay soil of the Robertson wine valley.
Picked in small crates and kept in the cold room overnight before being processed and sorted the following day. Grapes are fermented on the skins for 12 days, before being pressed and racked to the barrels.
Matured in 1 – 4th fill French barrels for 12 months (12% new wood).
Tasting Notes
This wine exudes enticing cranberry and mint notes on the nose. A smooth and elegant palate follows through with flavors of red cherry and cranberry, creating a harmonious and delightful experience.
